Privacy policy
Draft — pending legal validation. Closed beta, invitation only.
Beta: beta testers on the list keep Marcello Pro free for life.
Marcello never unfollows for you and never asks for your Instagram username or password. Your lists stay in this browser. We only keep your email address to let you sign in with your invitation code.
Data processed [DRAFT]: your email address, only to let you sign in with your invitation code, and your entitlement (beta Pro), read from the invitation list. A session cookie keeps you signed in for 90 days. No email is sent to you and no sign-in log with personal data is kept. Processor: our hosting provider [TO VERIFY WITH HOSTING PROVIDER]. These data are never sold or reused for any other purpose. Your Instagram lists are never stored on our server.
Progress files: when you save or load a progress file, Marcello sends only a fingerprint (hash) of the file, the number of sorted accounts, a random number and, if you have Marcello Pro, your licence token to our server, which returns or checks a signature. Your lists and usernames are never sent. No copy of your file is kept.
Importing a fresh zip or clearing your browser data starts a new free session. Marcello Pro is restored only with a licence verified by our server (⋯ > Restore purchase), never from a progress file alone.
Marcello is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Instagram or Meta.
